A manual parts washer system with high pressure cleaning using low foaming cleaning liquids. Efficient cleaning for parts with complex geometries.
Advantages of Bio-Circle HP VIGO:
- Remove extremely persistent contaminations from parts including oils, greases, environmental dirt, etc.
- Clean stainless steel, steel, plastics, and varnished surfaces
- Working pressure adjustable up to 80 bar by means of a high-pressure nozzle
- Close the chamber lid for high pressure cleaning - activate the high-pressure pump via a footswitch
- Continuous pane cleaning via compressed air as required - providing a clear view while cleaning components
- Compressed air pistol for drying parts
- Oxygen is supplied via the compressed-air supply (no integrated compressor)
- 10-Watt LED interior lighting
- Automatic switch-off via float switch if the level is too low (to protect the heating and the pump)
